Terms & Conditions
By enrolling the student in the school, parents/guardians agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Admission
- Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria and seat availability.
- All required documents must be submitted at the time of admission.
- If any information provided is found to be false, the school reserves the right to cancel the admission.
2. Fees & Payment
- School fees must be paid on or before the prescribed due dates.
- Late payment may attract a fine as per school rules.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Non-payment of fees may result in withholding of report cards, exam results, or suspension.
3. Attendance
- Students must maintain regular attendance as prescribed by the school.
- Leave applications must be submitted in writing by parents.
- Continuous absence without prior information may lead to removal from the school rolls.
4. Discipline
- Students must maintain discipline and respect teachers, staff, and fellow students.
- Any form of misconduct, bullying, violence, or damage to school property will lead to strict disciplinary action.
- The school reserves the right to suspend or dismiss a student for serious misconduct.
5. Uniform & Grooming
- Students must wear the prescribed school uniform on all working days and during school functions.
- Neat appearance and proper grooming are compulsory.
- Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.
6. Academic Responsibility
- Students must complete homework, assignments, and projects on time.
- Parents are responsible for monitoring the child’s academic progress.
- Promotion to the next class depends on performance and attendance. The school’s decision is final.
7. Examinations
- Students must follow examination rules strictly.
- Malpractice during exams will lead to strict disciplinary action.
- Re-examinations will be conducted only as per school policy.
8. Transport (If Applicable)
- Transport facility is optional and subject to availability.
- Parents must ensure the student reaches the pickup/drop point on time.
- The school is not responsible if a student misses the bus due to delay.
9. Health & Safety
- Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or allergies.
- In case of illness or injury, the school will provide first aid and inform parents immediately.
- The school will not be responsible for unforeseen accidents beyond its control.
10. Damage to Property
Any damage caused intentionally by a student to school property must be compensated by parents.
11. Communication
- Parents must regularly check circulars, notices, and official communication.
- Updated contact details must be provided to the school at all times.
12. Withdrawal / Transfer
- A written notice must be given for withdrawal of the student.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only after clearing all dues and completing formalities.
13. Policy Changes
- The school reserves the right to modify rules and regulations when necessary.
- Parents are expected to comply with updated policies communicated by the school.
